spirit of ibiza '89. logo and book designdesign and art direction for dave swindell’s photographic journal, spirit of ibiza ’89.dave’s book gives a unique insight into how balearic beats and the spirit of ibiza  changed the face of music and life on this much-loved island, and had a  dramatic influence on london and the uk.the book expands upon the eponymous exhibition which took place at the printspace gallery in may and has been shown over the summer at the hotel es vivé in ibiza — which was selected from the extensive collection of photographs taken in ibiza and london by dave swindells, who documented the scene during his many years as nightlife editor at time out.spirit of ibiza ’89 was produced by ernesto & juan leal at [ourhistory].
